Elinor Brown is a trained mindfulness teacher working in the public and private sectors. She runs introductions, workshops and group-based courses and has worked with a range of clients including: AstraZeneca, University of Cambridge, Mindfulness in Schools Project, Cambridgeshire Constabulary and Cambridge Coram Adoption.
Elinor is a member of BAMBA the regulatory body for mindfulness teachers in the UK and has trained with Bangor University CMRP and the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. She is a founder member of Being Human Together.
Elinor is passionate about the potential to nurture and transform individuals, communication and relationships in work and life. Integrity is key to her work and her own practice is fundamental to her professional and personal life.
Elinor has over a decade’s experience of working in digital media, broadcasting and publishing for large corporations, including the BBC, and small businesses. Her work included communications, managing teams and liaison with blue-chips and private clients. She began volunteering in schools in 1990 and has worked with children and adults for charities including: CSV and Birth Companions.
Elinor has experience of working under pressure and is committed to alleviating stress and promoting good mental health and positive relationships for individuals, organisations and communities.
