90 minute tasters,  8-week mindfulness courses and lunchtime drop-in sessions.

90 minute taster sessions 

Suitable for anyone with an interest in mindfulness to experience some practices, learn the basics of the theory and background, and ask questions.  The introductory session before the 8 week course. Can be offered as a standalone.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The original, evidence-based 8-week course devised in the US by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

“Peace in a Frantic World” 

8-week Course Developed at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (OMC), based on the bestselling book Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World, by Professor Mark Williams and Danny Penman. The course teaches simple but powerful practices that can be incorporated into daily life to help break the cycle of stress and deal with the many demands of modern living. The book and course are based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) – co-created by Mark Williams – clinically proven to be as effective as medication for treating depression and recommended by NICE. The ‘Frantic World’ course has been designed for the general population and is delivered in shorter, 90 minute, sessions. It has been taught in corporate settings and to MPs and Peers in Parliament.

Drop-in Lunchtime Sessions

30 minute mindfulness sessions in the workplace for employees to recharge during their lunch break. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
