Elinor teaches .b Foundations for school staff, dots for 3-6 year olds Paws b for 7-11 year olds, and .breathe for 9-14 year olds . She is also a .begin instructor and a teacher trainer for the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP).

MiSP courses are informed by Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), designed specifically for school staff and pupils.

.b Foundations taster and training sessions are suitable for staff at primary, secondary and sixth form. Mindfulness has been shown to help reduce stress and improve wellbeing, performance and health for teachers. Elinor encourages a whole school approach and is happy to support schools implement and sustain mindfulness training and practice. Separate courses can be offered to parents.

Paws b (pause, breathe and be) is designed to fit into the PSHE curriculum. It can be taught in the classroom or to smaller groups. Elinor offers the 12-session course for years 4-6.

dots is for 3-6 year olds and is an experiential 30 session programme, taught over an academic year, that can be woven into the every day life of children in school and pre-school.

.breathe is a transitions programme of four session for 9-14 year olds, ideal for supporting young people as they move between schools and from childhood into adolescence and sitting really well within PSHCE frameworks.

Children taught by Elinor have reported that courses helped them with: managing emotions, focus, attention, self-esteem and relationships with friends and family.  Children used the skills outside the classroom, to calm themselves when they felt anxious, angry and sad. They also noticed increased happiness and the ability to relax.
